Chael Sonnen struggles to come to terms with his loss…

Chael Sonnen is having a hard time trying to get over his loss to Anderson Silva on Saturday night. Still the UFC Middleweight #1 contender? Not in my eyes. As far as I’m concerned Chael spent nearly 25 minutes trying his hardest to finish Anderson Silva, and was unable to execute.

That’s not to say I always felt this way. For a brief moment, I was swept along by the wave of hype and was convinced that he was a genuine threat to Silva. The tin foil hat that makes me immune to bullshit must have been knocked off my hat in the torrent of undeserved praise.

With my hat firmly back on my head, I can confirm that he has a big mouth but without the skills to back it up.

None the less it was a great card.

Silva was getting his arse kicked for 4 and a half rounds and was LUCKY. I think there should be a rematch and Silva can take Sonnen and his job more seriously. Bring on the supper fight GSP vs Silva. GSP win on decision 50-45 or if it's not a title fight 30-27.
